Founder and Strategic Manager

Denise is the Founder and Strategic Manager of the Impact Project, LLC. Denise is a passionate community advocate with over 25 years of progressive experience in education and working with youth in the community across education, the nonprofit sector, government, and public agencies.

Denise’s expertise also encompasses the development, execution, and oversight of policies, programs, services, and initiatives that promote student growth and achievement. She has a strong and successful track record with client service and a strong and clear commitment to creating continuous change and ensuring community progress that leads to school improvement, education reform and high performing schools.

Her career has meant that she has developed skills and knowledge in critical areas including strategic planning, policy development, the design and implementation of programs and services, developing strong partnership and relationships, and community outreach. Denise is responsible for creating numerous initiatives to help create synergy within organizations and departments with high levels of employee engagement, and programs that make a difference like her peer to peer learning experiences that is an initiative in the federal government that is tied to high performers, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, and high levels of employee engagement. Denise has provided support to schools, districts, and organizations and she is looking forward to making a bigger impact in the realm of education policy and reform with the goal of making schools better across the United States.
